Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for delivery. Orders are typically shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays (or as soon as possible, depending on order volume).
All orders are shipped through USPS using the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Address
Please verify your address and information before submitting your order.
By Coralito Shop is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply to resend it.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
By Coralito Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to USPS. If you experience any issues after your package has shipped, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number or visit your local USPS office to file a claim.
Returns Due to USPS Errors
If your package is returned to us due to USPS delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
