Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If an item arrives missing or broken, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at bycoralitoshop@gmail.com to request a replacement.
We will review your claim and provide a replacement if approved. Replacements are only available for missing or damaged items reported within this timeframe and will be free return shipping.
Replacements
By Coralito Shop offers a 5-day replacement policy for missing or damaged items. Requests submitted after 5 days from delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
